Contact Log Form

This is the Contact Log with the Calendar Tool active.

The Calendar Tool can be switched on and off by the user to reveal hidden parts of the screen. The menu at the top right is used to do this in the users' browser without a 'round trip' to the server.

User Management Module

This screen shot shows part of sophisticated User Management System. The form shown allows the administrator to adjust the group membership of a user. The system allows the administrator to control access to menus and forms based on a user's group. This allows the administrator to implement access privilege levels that are based on the users group membership.

This is a sophisticated yet simple solution to the problem of access. You can see from the screen shot that forms are provided to allow the administrator to manage users, and then view user and form group membership both 'by user' and 'by group'.

Document Mangement Module

This is a screen shot from one of the forms in the Document Management System. This form displays the documents loaded into the system, who loaded them, the date, the size and importantly the number of downloads.
