Organisation Form

This is the organisation search form with quick search bar active.

The user has selected the 'Contacts' side menu and then the 'Organisations' tab.

Note that the system messages output area in the top right hand corner of the screen is showing the time and location the user last logged on from. This is a security measure.

The system consists of a side menu each with associated tab menus. The user clicks on the desired tab or menu and it is displayed in the browser.

The system constantly maintains state, which means that if the user selects another side menu item, on return the system 'remembers' the selected tab which will be in the exact state it was left.

These features provide the user with an experience of working in a local windowed environment, when, in fact, they are working through a web page interacting with a server application.

The system is remarkably easy to use and can be rapidly deployed. Our experience is that users of the system require little or no training.

System Messages

In this screen shot the user has expanded the system messages to make them easier to read.

Full Page Mode

In this screen shot the user has selected full page mode. This can help with large complicated forms by hiding menus and logos. Note that the reorganisation of the page is done at the users browser and does not require a 'round-trip' to the server.

This mode is also useful for arranging the screen for printing.
